This print is from my original torn paper collage 'Tides out' which is  from my Whitby collection. It captures the view from the bridge looking down to the Beck at low tide in the beautiful  fishing village of Staithes, near  Whitby, North Yorkshire. Tiny pieces of recycled paper are torn, precisely cut and carefully blended together to create a piece of art that is full of colour, texture and tiny detail. The closer you look the more you will see. This piece captures the character, charm and  quaintness of Staithes perfectly, and would be a delightful addition to the home of anyone who has visited this delightful village.
